APPOINTMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

Beauty Studio by Tatiana

By booking an appointment or any services with Beauty Studio by Tatiana, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and treated as a no-show.
A new appointment will be required to reschedule.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to retain your deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposits may only be transferred to a future appointment if the client reschedules at least 72 hours in advance.

Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments for services or training.
By submitting payment, you agree that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.

Right to Refuse Service

Beauty Studio by Tatiana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or safety risks.

Results Disclaimer

Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and previous work. No guarantees are made regarding healed results.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the service without refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge (chargeback) will be considered a violation of this agreement, and legal action may be taken. All agreed policies will be used as evidence in such cases.
